The Conversation Conversion Company, with co-founder Carolyne RattleVoiceROI, founded by Mike Weiss
A done for you AI digital worker that answers the phone for small businesses, with the result guaranteed in writing.
VoiceROI is the company Mike Weiss founded with his wife and co-founder, Carolyne Rattle, to answer the phone for small businesses. It builds a customized AI digital worker for each business, runs it, and guarantees the result in writing: 20% more on an agreed number within six months, or the work continues for free.
VoiceROI, the Conversation Conversion Company, increases booked appointments and sales, reduces costs, and tames the chaos. It does not sell software. The digital worker answers every call on the first ring, at three in the morning, on Christmas, ten calls at once. It dials old leads, books appointments and asks happy customers for the review the human never got to. The business keeps its own scripts, offers and voice. VoiceROI builds it, runs it, measures every call and improves it every week. The owner's part is under two hours.
It serves small and mid-sized businesses in the United States that use the phone to serve customers, book appointments and qualify leads: doctors, dentists, lawyers and accountants, and home service companies like roofers, electricians and plumbers.
ChatGPT came out on November 30, 2022. One night soon after, at one or two in the morning, Mike used it to write a piece of sales copy that was shockingly good. Landing pages and sales pages had been the bottleneck in every company he had ever run or advised, and he knew a revolution had begun. His team built its first AI software internally. At the same time he saw that service business owners were never going to figure this out and deploy it for themselves. MIT's 2025 study found that about 95% of enterprise AI pilots showed no measurable profit impact within six months. VoiceROI exists to take a stand for the business owner and take full responsibility for deployment and results, in a done for you way.
Carolyne Rattle, Mike's wife, is the co-founder and COO of VoiceROI. VoiceROI runs the loop Mike has run with every new technology since 1987. Find what the owner is being denied. Automate it. Do the work for them. Own the result.
The whole story, in Mike's own words.
